Mission and Goals
We are an international human rights organization dedicated to disseminating, promoting, and defending economic, social, and cultural rights, as well as civil and political rights, with a particular focus on the right to health. Founded with a focus on eradicating Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), our mandate has evolved to address broader human rights and health challenges, while maintaining strong expertise in combating harmful practices.
We work to support victims of violation of their economic, social, and cultural rights, and to promote intercultural and interreligious dialogue, build partnerships that advance dignity, justice, equality, and sustainable peace. We are committed to fostering the right to health as a pivotal right, along with the right to development and peace at the local, national, and international levels, and to contributing actively to dialogue and cooperation with United Nations bodies and other relevant stakeholders.
